We appreciate your FortBite purchase! Use the guide below to monitor your shipment. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email that includes your tracking number along with a direct link to follow your package.
How to Monitor Your FortBite Shipment
Step 1: Review Your Email
Following your purchase, expect to receive:
- Purchase Confirmation Email: Dispatched immediately after checkout containing your order reference number and payment receipt
- Dispatch Confirmation Email: Sent as soon as your order leaves the warehouse, with your tracking number and carrier details
Look through both your primary inbox and spam/junk folder for messages from BuyGoods (our authorized retail partner).
Step 2: Monitor via Retail Partner
FortBite purchases are processed through BuyGoods. You can check your order progress directly through their platform:

Head to www.buygoods.com/contact to view the current status of your shipment. Keep your order reference number or the email address used at checkout handy for quicker service.
Step 3: Monitor via Shipping Carrier
With your tracking number in hand, you may also follow your package directly on the carrier's tracking page:

Common Questions
Q: I haven't received a tracking number yet. What should I do?
Tracking details are usually sent within 1–2 business days after placing your order. Please review your spam/junk folder first. If 48 hours have elapsed without any update, get in touch with our customer care team or contact BuyGoods directly.
Q: My tracking hasn't been updated. Is my package still on its way?
Absolutely — it is perfectly normal for tracking data to remain unchanged for 24–48 hours after the shipping label has been generated. Should there be no progress after 72 hours, please contact our support team for further clarification.
Q: Is it possible to modify my delivery address?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to adjust your delivery address. Please contact us right away at [email protected].
Q: My tracking shows delivered, but I haven't found my package.
Look around your delivery area, ask neighbors, and check with your building's front desk or mailroom. Carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered a short time before actual arrival. If the package remains missing after 24 hours, reach out to our customer care team.
